I will prepare accurate 3-D sketches and illustrations of your proposed buildings and projects from drawings and plans or just your ideas.

For accurate representation I set up the illustration on the drawing board, following the rules of perspective.

For overviews of large sites I may use the computer (Vectorworks software) to project the plan into perspective, providing a base to draw from. This can help in the choice of viewpoint, enabling the site to be quickly seen from different angles.

I will produce a quick rough set up sketch to check that it is providing the information you require.

Usually I will send you a photocopy of the first sketch with some marker colour for clarity.

Then we can discuss how to develop this and what medium will be best for your requirements, such as a line drawing copied before being coloured - resulting in a black and white drawing for easy reproduction and then also a full colour one.
